Debra "Debbie" Suzanne Harris

Debra “Debbie” Suzanne Harris, age 63, of Prosser passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2017 in Prosser, WA.  Debbie was born on August 25, 1953 in Sedro Woolley, WA  to  Lois L (Prose) and Bill Harris.  Debbie received her early education and first two years of high school in Concrete, WA.  She participated in all sports and excelled in baseball and was qualified to play on the boy’s team, but at that time a girl was not allowed.  Debbie finished her last two years of high school at Sealth High School in West Seattle, WA where also participated in track, soft ball, volleyball and the all City Band that went to State her senior year.  Debbie worked for Dr. Rado for many years and also in the Lab at the Prosser Hospital. She enjoyed horses, Bassett Hounds, rodeos, barrel racing and roping.

Debbie is survived by her father Bill Harris of Prosser, WA.  One niece Nicole Wells, one nephew Jeffrey Wells, great nephew Jamey Shoman. She is also survived by her beloved bassett hound Bogey, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at 1:00 PM at the Prosser VFW, Prosser, WA.
