Stanley Robert Stremler

Stanley Robert Stremler, 78, of Sunnyside, WA passed away on Friday, July 31, 2015 in Sunnyside, WA.  Stan was born on November 16, 1936 in Lynden, WA the son of Herman and Alyda (Meeboer) Stremler.  He was raised on a dairy in Lynden, WA.  Stan attended and graduated from “The School for the Deaf” in Vancouver, WA. 

He is survived by his brothers Harold Stremler (Marion) of Mesa, AZ.  Ron Stremler (Bettie) of Sunnyside, WA, brothers in law Robert Van Mersbergen of Lynden, WA and Robert Searle of Bonner Ferry, ID.  He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Glen, sisters Glenda Searle and Francis Van Mersbergen.

Graveside service will be at Monumenta Cemetery in Lynden, WA on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Following the graveside service family and friends are invited to Dutch Mothers Restaurant in Lynden, WA.  Those wishing to sign Stan’s online memorial book may do so at www.funeralhomesmith.com   Smith Funeral Home LTD and Crematory in care of arrangements.
