Alfredo Sanchez-Hernandez

Alfredo Sanchez Hernandez, age 76, of Sunnyside, WA passed away on Monday, July 23, 2018 in Kennewick, WA.  Alfredo was born on March 5, 1942 in Tlaltenango Zacatecas, Mexico the son of Virginio and Trinidad (Hernandez) Sanchez.  On January 28, 1967 he married Maria Rosa Sanchez in Mexico.  Alfredo was a dedicated worker in the agriculture industry.  He enjoyed fishing and building anything that he could.   He was member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Sunnyside, WA.   

Alfredo is survived by his loving wife, Maria Rosa Sanchez of Sunnyside, WA.  Five children Manuel Sanchez of Sunnyside, WA, Maria Trinidad Sanchez, Raquel Sanchez and Maria Veronica Sanchez all of Sunnyside, WA and  Rocio Sanchez of Mexico.  He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, twenty seven great grandchildren and one brother Guillermo Sanchez of Mexico.  He is preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and three brothers.  

Viewing and visitation will be held on Sunday, July 29th, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m. at the Smith Funeral Home in Sunnyside, WA.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, July 30th, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Sunnyside, WA.  Burial will follow at the Lower Valley Memorial Gardens, Sunnyside, WA   Those wishing to sign Alfredo’s online memorial book may do so at www.funeralhomesmith.com   Smith Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
