Dale Roy Luther

Dale Roy Luther, age 52, longtime Sunnyside resident passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2019 in Fresno, CA while traveling with his brother.  Dale was born October 12, 1967 at Red Bluff, CA the son of Leo and Janette (Elliott) Luther.  Dale spent his early years and received his education in California and in 1981 moved to the Yakima Valley where he made his home until the time of his death.  He was employed by O.L. Luther, Department of Natural Resources and for the past number of years has been self employed in the Produce Industry. 

Dale is survived by sisters and brothers , Kathy Luther of Sunnyside, Martin Luther of Whitstran, Cindy Luther of Sunnyside, Leon Luther of Whitstran, Dean Luther of Sunnyside, Mark Luther of White Swan, Jerry Luther of Bickleton, Kevin Luther of Yakima, Danny Luther of Florida, Allen Luther of Yakima, Sue Lockbean of Yakima and Jeanetta Luther Knopp of Yakima.  He is also survived by a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.    He is preceded in death by his parents Leo and Janette Luther and brothers, Tim and Loren….. 

Viewing and visitation will be Thursday, December 26, 2019 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Smith Funeral Home in Sunnyside, WA. A Graveside Service will be held Friday, December 27, 2019 at 11:00 am at Lower Valley Memorial Gardens in Sunnyside, WA.
