Diana Nanez

Diana Nanez, 66, passed away on Monday 22, in Sunnyside, WA. with her loving family by her side. Diana was born in Sunnyside, WA. on August 5, 1952 to wonderful parents Leonardo and Lucia Rodriguez Aguilar. She received her early education and graduated from Grandview High School with the Class of 1970.  Diana fell in love with the handsome Ricardo Nanez and they were married on June 17, 1971 in Sunnyside, WA.

Diana was a hard worker and worked in agriculture warehouses. She loved spending time with her grandson, watching game shows, talking to her sisters on the phone and watching western movies.

Diana is survived by her daughter Lucia Nanez (William Dale McCall), grandsons Joel R. Martinez and Elijiah C. McCall all from Grandview, WA. She is also survived by siblings Martin Aguilar, Amelia Salines, Lupe Rodriguez, Rosa Aguilar, Bella Cortez, Janie Cortez and Anna Martinez.

Diana is preceded in death by her beloved husband Ricardo Nanez, parents Leonardo and Lucia Aguilar, children Ricardo Nanez Jr. and Juan Jose Nanez and siblings Ramiro Aguilar and Elizabeth Aguilar.

Viewing and visitation will be held on Thursday , July 25, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Smith Funeral Home, Grandview, WA.  Memorial Mass to be held on  Friday, July 26, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Grandview , WA.
