On April 24, 2019 our Heavenly Father reached down and took Mom to her eternal home. She was born in Preston, Minnesota to John Walter and Cora Mae Ogg the youngest of 8 children. Raised on a farm, she loved outdoors and music. She taught herself to play the piano, sing, writing and composing many songs. Mom met and married a handsome German immigrant Hans. They married then traveled to Sunnyside, Washington with two children and later added 4 more. An amazing Mother, she also took on other jobs at the cannery, hostess at Hill's Broiler and in the kitchen at Sunnyside General. She performed with "Over The Hill Gang" in 3 of their shows. Mom was active in her church as a soloist and a member of a trio. She sang at many weddings and funerals. Mom is preceeded in death by her loving husband Hans, Sons Donald and Richard and grandaughters Kathy Castanguay and Erica Crosssen.  Survivors include son John and wife Charlotte,Daughters, Linda (Ross) Thomas, Cora (Corki) Wilcox, Mary (Dan) Sundstrom, and Neice Vera (Keith) Porter.  A special Thanks to Prosser Sun Terrace staff for all the love and care of our Mom.
