The first time I spent the night away from my parents was with Uncle Ray & Aunt Evelyn not long after they were married. That was the first time I was allowed to stay up and watch the late movie! Didn't make it very long before falling a sleep! I have always loved them very much. Always looked forward to Evelyn's Christmas cards and letters (she never missed)! She will certainly be missed by myself & Sandy! My sincere condolences to the family!

So sorry to hear of Aunt Evelyn's passing. Our prayers are with all of you. For years she faithfully sent us Christmas cards with a hand-written notes. What a lost art. She also surprised us with a visit to our family reunion a few years ago. Jane came with her. How kind of them both.

Evelyn was an amazing women that I am proud to say I have known all my life. She was a dear and caring friend of my Grandma Hazel's. She would come visit and almost always bring photos. Growing up at the Grandview Assembly of God brings back so many memories of her at church. Prayers to the family.

My mother, Freda Fields and Evelyn spent many a Sunday morning compiling the attendance and monies for Sunday School at the Assembly of God. Their companionship over the years was enduring long past their church duties. Mom and I are sorry for your loss.
