Dear Chad ~ I am wishing you peace and comfort at this time of transition. Your mother was one of my favorite teachers. I so enjoyed spending time with you as your babysitter many years ago.

Judy was always a role model for all of us, but especially so for those of us new to education. Her words of wisdom, kindness and gentle smile and laugh will be remembered. She was always a lady.

Chad,
So sorry for your loss. Judy was my 8th grade teacher when I went to Harrison Middle School. Years later she would be my mentor and department leader. She was organized and had an abundance of knowledge in her content that it made my first year easier having her by my side. After her retirement she would pop in the room to see how the year was going and leave an encouraging note. I am so glad I was able to spend some time with her at Prestige, to hear her talk of her latest reading. She will be missed, love you Judy:)

Chad,
I was very saddened to hear of your mom's passing. She was a very special woman. I first met her in 7th grade. She was my Language Arts teacher (your dad my Social Studies teacher). Many years passed before I befriended her again. She encouraged me to join Delta Kappa Gamma, which I did 7 years ago. Since then, she became my "Rose Buddy", always sending me cards for birthdays and just because. We enjoyed coffee outings together, visits to each other's houses, telephoning, and just chatting about our personal lives. She always had a way of brightening up my day, sharing a smile with me, no matter how she was feeling inside. She will be missed by me as my teacher, fellow DKG sister, and special friend. Love you, Judy. Rest easy...
