I am so sorry to hear of the loss of one of family members. I had the honor and please of meeting Tonia at one of our family reunions. I will be sure to let my mom, Veva Luna Suarez know of her passing. She probably will not remember, due to her illness, but know that if she did remember Tonia she would be so saddened by the news. Nacho, know that although we are very far away I am with you in spirit. Be assured that all the angels and saints in heaven welcomed Tonia with open arms. May she RIP. I was one of the lucky ones who called her Aunt Toni! I will forever remember her love for everyone. I remember her for always accepting me as I was and always greeting me with a heartfelt "Hi Mija" followed by a big hug and kiss... and the smile... there was no doubt she loved us. She could warm any heart and very obviously did. I love you Aunt Toni! I miss you and am so happy you get to rejoice with Grandma Janie, Uncle Rey and Aunt Melai! Love you all!

As far back as my memory goes, I can remember my Mom's beautiful Comadre Tonia. Always sweet and gentle, with a kind and loving spirit, she was like family to our family.
