Naomi Ruth Mayfield

Naomi Ruth Mayfield, age 40, went to be in the arms of her Heavenly Father on Friday, February 8, 2019.   Naomi was born on November 24, 1978 in Sunnyside, WA the daughter of Inez (Jones) and Henry Ray Mayfield.  She received her education in Sunnyside, WA and graduated with the Class of 1997.  Naomi worked various jobs including Arby’s, Conoco in Granger, Jack–in-the-Box, Prestige, Wal-Mart and currently was employed at Pop Eyes.  She was a member of the Corner Stone Church in Sunnyside, WA.  Naomi loved to read suspense novel, watch movies, puzzles, Sponge Bob Square Pants and the Grinch. Most of all she loved spending time with family especially her nieces and nephews.

Naomi is survived by her parents, Inez and Henry Mayfield.  Brother Shelton Mayfield of Sunnyside, WA and sister Sarah Haydon both of Sunnyside, WA.  She is also survived by her grandmother, Betty Jean Jones of Yakima, WA, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.  

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 11:30 am at the Cornerstone Assembly of God Church in Sunnyside, WA.   Those wishing to sign Naomi’s online memorial book may do so at www.funeralhomesmith.com    Smith Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
