Troy H. Guinn

Troy Herman Guinn of Sunnyside WA went to be with His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on 5/6/2018.  He was born 11/26/1927. Troy was a retired Assembly of God minister and evangelist who spent many years serving the indigenous people of Arizona.  He traveled to many other states and countries sharing the good news of Jesus Christ.

Troy is well loved by his community and his church family at the Cornerstone Assembly of God.  He will be greatly missed. 

Troy is survived by his sisters Ellen Akins of Manchester, IN, Mary Stover of McAlester, OK, Joanna Blankenship of Prosser, WA, his brother Charles Guinn of Tahuya, WA, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Laura Jean Schlosser.  

Viewing and visitation will be held Saturday, May 12, 2018 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Smith Funeral Home in Sunnyside, WA. A private burial will be held at later date at Lower Valley Memorial Gardens in Sunnyside, WA.

Memorial service will be Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 10:00 am at Cornerstone Assembly of God Church in Sunnyside, WA. Those wishing to sign Troy’s online memorial book may do so at www.funeralhomesmith.com Smith Funeral Homes in care of arrangements.
