Beverly June Callahan born April 11, 1933 in Yakima Washington to James and Ethel Brownlee passed away July 15th, 2025. She was 92 years young.
She was a wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, and friend to many. She loved people and people loved her. She had many jobs but the ones she loved the most were working with people. She worked as a bartender/cook at the Harkin Larkin, and the Mabton Cafe in Mabton Washington, and many years at the Safari in Sunnyside Washington.
Beverly was preceded in death by her first husband J.D. Cochran. her second husband Don Callahan, children, Jack Cochran, Phyllis Camarata, Randy Cochran, granddaughter Melissa Wragge,and great grandson Jaime Sandoval. She is survived by daughter Judith (Ron) Perry, sons J.D. (Rachael) Cochran jr., Larry (Jan) Cochran, daughters Joyce Bonewell, and Vickie Armstrong, son-in-law Ray Camarata, 13 grandchildren,17 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren and many many dear friends. She will be greatly missed.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, WA. Inurnment will follow at the Lower Valley Memorial Gardens, Sunnyside, WA.
