Courtney Samantha Ogan

Courtney Samantha Ogan (née Mohar), age 24, passed away on May 23, 2025, in Eugene, Oregon. Born on August 17, 2000, in Prosser, Washington, Courtney brought light and laughter into the world from the very beginning.

A proud graduate of Grandview High School in 2018, Courtney pursued her passion for helping others by completing her Certified Nursing Assistant training that same year. Her dedication to caregiving was evident in her work as a CNA, where she offered compassion and support to those in need.

Courtney's vibrant spirit was reflected in every aspect of her life. She was fun-loving and full of life—a free spirit who embraced each day with joy and authenticity. Whether strumming her guitar around a campfire or singing along at concerts, she found happiness in music and the outdoors. Camping trips were among her favorite adventures, where she could connect with nature and those she loved.

She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Koby Ogan; her parents, Donall and LeeAnn Mohar; her sister, Alyssa Mohar; grandparents Terry and Terry Mohar and Bill Bowen (Judy); and aunts Heidi (Dan) Andrews and Sara (Beau) Goehring.  Also by all her  cousins.

Courtney was preceded in death by her great-grandparents Don and Isabelle Mohar and grandmother Patricia Bowen.

A special thank you is extended to Koby’s mother, Heather, for the care and support she provided to Courtney.

Courtney’s warmth, kindness, and joyful presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those who carry her love in their hearts. A Graveside Service will be held on June 4, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Outlook Cemetery  Gap Road
