Daniel David Martinez

Daniel David Martinez age 42 of Sunnyside and Spokane, WA passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021 in Spokane, WA. Daniel was born October 19, 1978 in Sunnyside, WA the son of Jose G. and SanJuana (Gonzalez) Martinez. He was raised and educated in Sunnyside, WA. Daniel worked as a Barber for most of his life. He was a kind and gentle man and was always giving of himself to others. Daniel liked sports, his favorite teams were the Raiders, Dodgers and Seattle Super Sonics. He enjoyed cooking and spending time with friends and family. He loved his children and all of his family.

Daniel is survived by his children, Miselli Martinez, Madison Martinez, Adrian Silva, Desarae Carr and Rebekah Martinez, parents Jose and SanJuana Martinez, sister Teresa Martinez and brother Jose Martinez. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a nephew.

Viewing and visitation will be held Monday, August 2, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 pm at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Sunnyside, WA. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday August 3, 2021 at 11:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Sunnyside, WA with burial to follow at Lower Valley Memorial Gardens in Sunnyside, WA.
