Daniel Partida, 56, of Sunnyside, Washington, was born on November 18, 1968, in Edinburg, Texas, to Fidel and Mary (Robles) Partida. He graduated from Sunnyside High School and later from Sunnyside Beauty Academy.
Danny was a truly caring soul who loved deeply and gave generously of himself. His warm smile, humble demeanor, and humor touched everyone he met. He cherished looking sharp, being punctual, and living with pride and style—but what he treasured most was sharing joy with family.
His kids and family knew that behind every setback was a man whose heart overflowed with care and pride for those around him. Even when life was difficult, he found joy in the small things and gave his best to those he loved—turning ordinary moments into ones filled with laughter and warmth.
He made special memories with his nieces, nephews, and children—spending whatever little he had to buy candy at the corner store or rent movies to make the day brighter. He gave the gift of presence, humor, and unconditional love.
Danny truly embraced life’s simple joys—riding his bike and soaking up the freedom of the open road, or cruising around in his Cadillac with his favorite tunes blasting. He loved watching movies, making beaded bracelets, and crafting dream catchers. His creativity extended to finding beauty and purpose in things others might have thrown away; he enjoyed fixing up broken or recycled items, giving them a second chance at life—just as he always sought to find light even in dark times.
In his later years, Danny continued to care for his parents with love and loyalty. After his father’s passing, he remained by his mother’s side, helping however he could. His heart was steadfast—always anchored in family.
Danny’s laughter, generosity, and loving heart will be remembered forever by his children: Christopher Garza, Sage (Tanya) Partida, Daniel Partida Jr., and David Partida, as well as his beloved four-legged grandpups, Thunder and Bolt Partida.
He is also survived by his mother, Mary Partida, and siblings Anita (Lorenzo) Garza, Roel (Esthela) Partida, Ida Zamarron, Raul Partida, and Dolores (Mike) Castilleja.
He was preceded in death by his father, Fidel Partida Sr., brothers Fidel Partida Jr., Michael Partida, Frank B. Zamarron; and great-nieces Angel & Alina Zamarron.
He lived a beautiful life—one that showed the power of laughter, love, and resilience. His spirit lives on in every story told, every laugh shared, and every moment we remember him with love. Rest easy, our Dad, our Tío, our Brother, our friend—you gave more love than you ever realized.
