On July 23, 2020 Heaven gained a new angel when Donnely F. Wolff was called home after a short illness. Born Feb. 12, 1938 to Fred and Katie Wolff in Missoula, MT. He was the baby of the family, youngest of six. At an early age the family moved to Sunnyside, WA where he received his education and made his home.
He enlisted in the Army and served our country for 3 years. When he came home, he met the love of his life Mary Sue Feezell, they married in 1959 and had just celebrated 61 years together. They began their family and raised five children, who eventually gave them 12 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
Dad’s career included being a member of the Sunnyside Police Dept., and working for the Hanford Patrol. After he retired, Dad and mom started their great adventure of traveling the country in thier RV and visiting family and friends. After many years on the road and many friends made along the way they finally settled in Yakima, WA. to be closer to their family. His favorite past times were golfing and gambling according to mom but we know he also enjoyed attending dance recitals, school programs, and any sporting events that his grandchildren and great grandkids were involved in. Family BBQ’s will never be the same. Dad took great pride in his children and grandkids.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years Mary Sue, sisters Virgina Spivey and Laveda Brown. Children Patty (Bryan) Denson, Rick (Maria) Wolff, Beth Denson, Valerie (Kenny)Wolff and Tim Wolff.
