Beautiful Mom + Grandma DOT went home to be with Jesus August 3rd, 2025. Born 11/10/1943, graduate of Prosser High School. Dorothy Is survived by two sisters Edie Venable and Mary Brodus. Preceded in death by her brother George Krohling. After high school, she married John Andrew Scott, who was tragically Killed in a motor vehicle accident in 1977. Dorothy is survived by her 3 children Teresa Reel, Shari Scott, and Mike Scott. Dorothy had a love for Jesus. She attended Trinity Baptist Church of Sunnyside, where she taught Sunday school and helped many young people come to know the Lord. In 1986, She married Thomas Eugene McCloud (gene), our stepdad. They made their home in Sunnyside for 37 years. Dorothy is also survived by her stepchildren Steve (Cindy) McCloud, Sandy Hamper, and Lynn (Victor) Groves. She is also survived by many grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Upon Gene’s death, February 11, 2024, Dorothy wanted to move closer to her daughters and granddaughter Emily (Austin), Dean and great grandson Harvey. While living in Everett, Dorothy had many adventures and will be missed by all those who loved her.
