Eduardo (Lalo) M. Jasso passed away unexpectedly on March 10, 2021.
He was born to Maragarito and Maria Isabel Jasso on October 13, 1943 in Piedras Negras, Coahuila Mexico.
He is survived by his children Raul Jasso (Yolanda), Berta Gallegos (Gonzalo), Eddie Jasso Jr. (Melissa), Veronica Ramos (Trinidad), Michael Mayhew (Celia). Also survived by 7 siblings: brothers Pedro, Ricardo, Arturo, Alvino, Ruben and twin sisters Irma and Maria Jasso. Also leaves behind a large number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents and his brother Raul Jasso.
Early in his life the family moved to Eagle Pass, Texas where he received his early education before moving to the Lower Yakima Valley in 1958. In 1963 he married Ayda Trevino and made their home in the Grandview, Mabton and Prosser area. Ed worked in many area farms; he was a person with many skills. Places of employment include Charvets, Hogue Ranches, Wyckoff, Olsen Brothers, Moritzky and many more. He enjoyed playing pool in which he received many trophies, He also enjoyed fishing and hunting with his family in the Bickleton area. He also enjoyed welding. Many people said he taught them many skills and tricks of the trade. He will be missed greatly by his family and many, many friends he made throughout his lifetime.
Goodbyes are not forever, Goodbyes are not the end, they simply mean I'll miss you until we meet again... love you Dad!
