Fidelina Palomino Rodriquez, 54, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021. Fidelina was born on February 24th, 1967, the daughter of Fidelina Lugo and Filomeno Palomino Sr. Fidelina received her education in Sunnyside and graduated with the Class of 1985. Following her education Fidelina began her CNA career at Hillcrest Manor were she worked for many years and went on to work at Sun Terrace Assisted Living. Her family was her life, each one having their own special place in her heart, she loved spending time with her family and grandkids even more. On top of that she loved watching movies and doing anything else that would bring her and her family closer together.
Fidelina is survived by her husband Severiano (Chico) Rodriquez Sr. of Mabton, WA, daughter Anita M. Rodriquez, (Husband Nick) of Pasco, WA, daughter Christina Martinez of Mabton, WA, son Tomas Martinez Jr. (Wife Dora) of Prosser, WA, daughter Jessica Palomino (Husband Brijido), daughter Nevaeh Rodriquez and son Steven Rodriquez all of Mabton, WA. and eight grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Nancy Palomino of Pasco, WA, Filomeno Palomino Jr (Wife Alida) of Sunnyside, Sandra Palomino Valencia (Husband Armando) of Sunnyside, WA, Ray Palomino of Sunnyside WA, Lionel Barajas Palomino (Wife Haley) of Coeur d'Alene, ID, Eric Barajas Palomino of Quincy, WA, and Blanca Barajas of Yakima, WA . Fidelina is preceded in death by her parents Filomeno and Fidelina Palomino, Ramon and Martina Rodriquez, four sons: Frank Martinez, Daniel Palomino, Chico Rodriquez Jr. and Steven Rodriquez and a brother in law Juan Prieto Jr.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday December 29, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, WA. Funeral Service will be Thursday December 30, 2021 12:30 PM at the Smith Funeral Home in Sunnyside, WA. Burial will follow at Lower Valley Memorial Gardens.
