Francisco DeLeon Obituary

Francisco DeLeon, age 86, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2019 in Prosser, WA  He was born on March 11, 1933 in Condinez, Mexico the son of Antonia Martinez DeLeon and Ancision DeLeon Esquevar. Francisco taught himself how to read and write. In 1964 he married Maria Guadalupe Juarez in Fresno, California. Over the years Francisco spent many long days working hard for various farmers in the Yakima Valley. He loved to tinker with different projects including mechanics.

He is survived by daughter, Maria DeLeon of Sunnyside, WA. Sons Francisco DeLeon Jr. and fiancée, Diane Delgado and Juan DeLeon all of Pasco.  He is also survived by two grandchildren, DeMundo DeLeon  and wife, Blanca Granados,   Suzy Delgado and fiancée Sergio Valencia. Three great grandchildren, Jayceon DeLeon, Delilah DeLeon and Anthony Delgado. He is preceded in death by his wife, Maria Guadalupe DeLeon.

Viewing and visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Smith Funeral Home in Sunnyside, WA.  Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, WA.  Burial will follow at the Mabton Cemetery, Mabton, Washington.  Those wishing to sign Francisco’s online memorial book may do so at www.funeralhomesmith.com   Smith Funeral Home in care of
