Frank Sandoval Jr. Obituary

Frank Sandoval was born in Casa Grande, AZ on February 6,1950, to Francico and Roberta (Rodriguez) Sandoval. He passed away on March 4, 2025, in Sunnyside, WA. Frank moved to Sunnyside in 1966 where he graduated from Sunnyside High School in 1968 before attending Eastern Washington University.

In the early part of his career, Frank owned Highway Fruit and later worked at Allstate Insurance where he retired after 33 years of service. He was an avid golfer, enjoying countless rounds with friends and he played softball for many years with the Over The Hill Gang. Frank was proud to be inducted into the Reno Softball Hall of Fame after pitching a no-hitter at the age of 47. He also sponsored the Bobby Sandoval Memorial Golf and Softball Tournaments for many years.

A passionate fan of the Mariners and Seahawks, Frank had a love for fantasy football. He was highly social and active in both bowling and pool leagues. Known for his generosity, Frank would literally give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. His children and grandchildren were the center of his world.
