Henry Ray Mayfield

On Thursday, September 3, 2020 Henry Ray Mayfield at the age of 82 went to be in the arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Henry was born on September 11, 1937 in Jonesboro, Louisiana the son of Essie (Malone) and Willie L. Mayfield.   On July 28, 1972 he married Inez Jones in Sunnyside, WA and to this union three children were born.  Henry took pride in his work and was a master craftsman at body and fender work and painting car. In his spare time Henry worked on cars, enjoyed going to car shows and watching wrestling.  But foremost he loved time spent with his grandkids.

Henry is survived by his wife, Inez Mayfield (Jones),   son Shelton Mayfield of Sunnyside, WA, daughter Sarah Haydon all of Sunnyside, WA.  He is also survived by eight grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents Essie and Willie Mayfield, daughter Naomi Mayfield, brother, Willie E.
