Jesus Cienfuegos Jr , 33 years old, passed away at home on Saturday, September 21 in Yakima, WA.

Jesus was born March 7th, 1991, in Toppenish, WA. He was the son of Adela Sanchez and Jesse Cienfuegos. As a child, Jesus was always curious, full of a lot of energy and life. He loved playing with his siblings and cousins. He enjoyed spending time with grandma and grandpa whenever he could. Whether it be just mowing the lawn or carrying your groceries, he did it with a smile on his face. In his free time, he enjoyed drawing and reading. Jesus had a very corky personality and loved to laugh.  Jesus was thoughtful to others that were in need, such as sharing his food with those that were hungry.

Jesus is survived by his mother Adela Sanchez (Jesse Salinas Jr) Father Jesse (Ariana) Cienfuegos Siblings Jose, Jaime, Savannah Salinas, Jacob, Samuel, Isreal, Andreina, Librada, and Selena Cienfuegos. Grandparents are Santiago Cienfuegos and, Guadalupe & Rosa Sanchez, Aunts Rebecca Sanchez, Angelica (Sergio) Cervantes, Dianne (James) Fernandez, and  Uncle Daniel (Diana) Sanchez. Also, Uncle Antonio, Santiago, Guillermo, Fernando, Manuel Cienfuegos and aunts Guadalupe, Maria , Esperanza and numerous cousins.

Jesus is preceded in death by his Grandmother Esperanza Cienfuegos, Aunt Rosa Cienfuegos and Uncle Isidro Cienfuegos

He was loved by everyone and often made friends everywhere he went. We will miss his big smile and his funny laughter but most of all his presence.

Viewing and visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, WA. On Thursday, September 26, 2024, there will be viewing and visitation at the Tabernacle de David Outlook, WA from 8:00 a.m. to time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Buriel will follow at the Lower Valley Memorial Gardens, Sunnyside, WA at 1:00 p.m. Those wishing to sign Jesus’s online memorial book may do so at www.funeralhomesmith.com.
