In Loving Memory of Jose Felix Flores 

December 22nd, 1989 - August 4th, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Felix, who departed this life on August 4th, 2025 at the age of 35. Felix passed away peacefully and surrounded by loved ones. 

Felix was born in Prosser, Washington and spent his life bringing joy and happiness to those who were around him. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and cousin whose smile was so bright it could light up a room. He was a source of laughter, strength, and love with a personality that left an everlasting imprint on everyone who had the privilege to know him. 

Felix was the heart of every family gathering, always the first on the dance floor and never missing a chance to flash his smile for the camera. Music was his constant companion, whether it was the soulful sounds of gospel, or the nostalgic vibes of Los Fugitivos. He cherished road trips to California with his dad, where family reunions were filled with laughter, stories, and love. And no moment was complete without the comfort of home-cooked meals. His face would light up at the sight of cheesy enchiladas and potato salad—his absolute favorites. 

He is survived by his father Humberto Flores; his siblings, Thomas Maciel, Maria Gonzales, Sandra Moreno, Beatriz Perales, Rosa Sanchez, Juaquin Maciel Sr., Juan Manuel Maciel, San Juanita Soliz, Humberto Flores Jr., Matilde Flores, Erik Flores, Marcos Flores, Victor Flores, Alexa Flores, David Flores, Michelle Flores, Daniel Flores, and Emely Flores. He is also remembered fondly by many nieces, nephews, and friends who will forever cherish his memory, and the time spent together. He is preceded in death by his mother Zenaida Garcia, Grandpa Felix Flores, brothers: Juan Sanchez, Julian Flores, Bryan Flores, and nephew Thomas Maciel III.

Felix will be missed dearly but his light and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Viewing & Visitation will be held 4-8p.m. Sunday, August 10, 2025 at the Smith Funeral Home in Grandview, Washington. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00a.m. Monday, August 11, 2025 at the New Hope Church in Sunnyside, Washington with a graveside service to follow at the Grandview Cemetery, in Grandview, Washington.
