This led the Macias family to the calling of the ministry of God. Francisco and Julia Macias became pastors at Fortaleza de Sion and pastored for 24 years. They later moved to Granger in the 1980s. Julia worked many years with her husband in agriculture until she settled down and became a stay at home mother and watched her children and after many years later watched her grandchildren.
