Family was paramount to Lorenzo. He was a devoted husband to the love of his life, Manuela, his partner in life's journey for the past 59 years. They married on November 14, 1964 and together, they created a loving home filled with warmth and laughter. Lorenzo was a pillar of strength and support to his 5 children: Debbie Perales, Kristina Longoria, Terri Stokes (Ryan), David Espinoza, and Barbarita Espinoza, his eleven grandchildren: Natasha, Cassandra, Ritchie, Alyssa, Shanice, Robbie, Justice, Jordyn, Alexandria, Alec & Victoria. His fifteen great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter, always offering guidance and love.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Lorenzo Espinoza Sr. and Nicolasa Espinoza, three brothers; Alfredo Espinoza, Tony Espinoza and Pete Espinoza, and one grand-daughter Alexandria Hope Martinez.
Lorenzo was a man of many talents and passions. He dedicated most of his years to his career and hobby as a mechanic and a plutonium operator at Hanford, where his commitment to excellence and integrity shone brightly to his employers, family and friends. His colleagues admired his work ethic, and his friends cherished his humor, kindness and willingness to always help a friend in need.
In his spare time, Lorenzo enjoyed tinkering in his garage on vintage vehicles, working in this yard/gardens, or relaxing in his recliner watching his favorite movies, always showing a deep appreciation for fast cars and classic old movies.
Lorenzo will be fondly remembered for his generosity, wisdom, and unwavering love. Not to mention his stubbornness and tenacity. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends and his legacy lives on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
