Rafael Arreola was born in Michoacan, Mexico on September 11, 1951, at the age of 13 years old he started to work to help out his mother Nicolasa Arreola economically. After reaching the age of 18 he enrolled to the Mexican Armed Forces, then after completing his contract he migrated to the Unites States. In the middle of him serving the armed forces in Mexico, he met his wife Norma Arreola which he married and had 3 children, Gladys, Rafael and Albert. Rafael enjoyed working as his hobby, he loved what he did and enjoyed it. Rafael was more about working and providing for his family and helping out family or friends in the capacity he was able. Rafael also enjoyed spending time with his grandson Eric, who was his pride and joy besides his children. He passed away peacefully on August 11, 2024, surrounded by his family and loved ones.
Viewing and visitation will be held Monday, August 19, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m. at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Grandview, WA. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 10:00 am at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Grandview, WA with burial to follow at the Grandview Cemetery.
