 Samuel Campos Sr.
“A Man of Faith”
Our beloved father, Samuel Campos went to be with our Lord on May 12, 2024.

Samuel met the love of his life Ramona, in Toppenish Washington and was married in May of 1961. They were blessed with 60 years together and enjoyed praising the Lord and traveling. Together they raised eight children: Samuel Jr., Esther, Sarah, Abel, Daniel, Beatrice, Ramon, and Eliceo.

Samuel enjoyed preaching the gospel and worshiping the Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord blessed him with several miraculous healings throughout his life. He was living proof of God's miracles. He was a fisher of men and a true man of faith. He enjoyed doing automotive repair, boating, fishing, and hunting with his immediate family, and especially with his son Ramon. He was a great swimmer, so great in fact that once he saved a girl from drowning in the Yakima River. He found great joy in social gatherings with his friends and family. His greatest joy was his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He lived life to the fullest, spending his last years in the care of his daughter Esther.

Samuel is survived by his children: Esther (Julio) Ruiz, Sarah (Adrian) Cantu, Abel (Angie) Campos, Beatrice (Tomas) Montelongo, Ramon (Brezzie) Campos, Eliceo Campos, a special son Tony Aguilar, and countless grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also daughter-in-law Cecelia Trevino Campos, Alicia Dona.
