Victor Rodriguez

Victor Rodriguez Jr of Sunnyside WA, passed away in his home at the age of 79 yrs. on March 13,2023. Victor was born in San Antonio Tx. To Juanita Rodriguez Alfaro and Victor Rodriguez Sr. Victor was married to his wife Juanita Erevia Rodriguez of 61 yrs., in June of 1962. Victor was a family man he was all about his wife, children, and friends.  He loved being outdoors, a few of his favorite things were fishing, camping, traveling, gardening, whittling wood, and he was a collector of knickknacks for his house and garden.  He enjoyed listening to Country, old rock and roll and Tejano music.  He enjoyed watching sports, especially boxing. Western movies and resting on his recliner these last few years.

Victor is survived by his wife Juanita Rodriguez and his children Rosa (Gustavo) Solis, Victor (Bobbi) Rodriguez, Theresa (Rick) Shinn, and Juan Rodriguez. He was blessed with 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Viewing and visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m. at the Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, WA. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Sunnyside, WA.  Burial will follow at the Lower Valley Memorial Gardens, Sunnyside, WA.  Those wishing to sign Victor's online memorial book may do so at www.funeralhomesmith.com   Smith Funeral Home is in care of arrangements.
