Message from Ed Prilucik, Former Mayor, City of Sunnyside

Errol was very active in advancing the economic viability of the Sunnyside community that he lived in. Errol had extensive knowledge of industry, business and finance. As such, he volunteered many countless hours to attract the businesses and industries that would provide jobs for the citizens in the City of Sunnyside. During his service to the community, and as a member of the City Council, he elected to share this experience and knowledge to attract and remove obstacles for businesses seeking to locate in Sunnyside.

There are many significant industries, businesses and resulting jobs that exist now as a result, in part, of Errol's participation in attracting the businesses to this community.

The legacy he leaves in the community and City of Sunnyside is very impressive.

I would like to thank his family for allowing him to donate his time and talents to the benefit of this community.

My love and prayers go out to Carol, Don, and Jim and to all of Uncle Errol's grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I hope it comforts you to think of how joyful his reunion with sweet Aunt Mary must be.

We met Errol and Mary through our son's wife, Vicki. They were included in so many family gatherings and brought their special way of love and support to the celebrations. We admired Errol very much and know the family will miss his gentle presence.

Uncle Errol was my mother's brother. he was always very kind and thoughtful to all of us. He was a very successful man and we were always proud to refer to him as our uncle. He and his wife Mary visited our parents often and Uncle Errol took my father on several fishing events. I can only say that ALL of my memories of him are wonderful. he was a great man and influenced the city of Sunnyside, Wa. They were lucky to have him in their town. Uncle Errol you will be missed and never forgotten. i love you. I know i am speaking for my parents and my brother ad sister Jaquie and Pat also. We loved him.
