Jay W. Haley Jr.

Jay W. Haley Jr. age 75 of Outlook, WA, passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 in Sunnyside, WA. Jay was born April 12, 1941 in Wheeler Arkansas the son of Jay and Edna (Boyd) Haley Sr.   He attended Granger High School.   On September 3, 1960 he married Peggy Slack, he later married Barbara Jean Raymond on November 10, 1984.  Jay was a Jack of all trades, if you needed anything, he either had it or he could find it for you.  He was a great mechanic.  Jay enjoyed watching his grandchildren participate in sporting activities and making sure his kids were happy and if he could find time he would enjoy fishing.   In his early years he was a member of the Granger Lions Club and enjoyed racing cars.   

Jay is survived by his children Deanna French (Dwight) of Prosser, WA., Tim Haley (Corinne) of Outlook, WA., Lisa Cox (Rick) of Prosser, WA., Bill Felthauser (Janelle) of Lewiston, ID., Sabrina Lyons (Larry) of Granger, WA. and Jeff Felthauser (Sheila) of Clarkston, WA.   He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren, one brother Gary Haley (Karen) and one sister Brenda Cochran (Jim) all of Yakima, WA. 

He is preceded in death by his wife Barbara Jean Haley, parents Jay Haley Sr. and Edna Lee Haley and brother Gene Haley.

Memorial funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the        Assembly of God Church in Granger, WA.
